This is a small collection of breads I actually bake in my own kitchen. You won’t find endless lists of variations or overly complicated formulas here. Instead, the focus is on a handful of reliable recipes that consistently produce good bread.
Each recipe is designed to work in a real kitchen with a normal schedule. The goal is not perfection for the camera, but bread that tastes good, has a pleasant texture, and fits comfortably into everyday life.
Over time this collection will grow slowly, adding recipes that have proven themselves through repeated baking. Simple country loaves, variations with different flours, and the occasional experiment that turned out well enough to become part of the regular rotation.
